To do a soft reset, unplug the power cable from the supply. Wait about a minute. Then, press the power button on the TV panel for about 30 seconds. Most modern TVs utilize a voltage level between 110-240 volts to operate correctly. Anything above or below the level can cause issues, and you can not turn on the TV.

So how do you know if the capacitor is bad? Identifying a damaged capacitor is easy. Simply inspect all the capacitors in the power supply board. If you see any of the capacitors bulging from the top or a liquid (electrolyte) leaking from the capacitor, it is damaged.
Replacing a damaged capacitor can be pretty sophisticated, and you need professional help. However, if you want to replace it on your own, you need to get exactly the same capacitor from the market. The rated capacitance, temperature, and voltage of the new capacitor should be identical to the damaged one.
But we don’t recommend replacing the capacitor on your own, as a slight mistake may end up damaging the entire power supply board.
Now that you performed a power supply test and diagnosed the fuse and capacitor, you must have figured out what is causing the power supply board to crash. If you see everything is fine, there is probably an issue with the display panel of your TV.

Pressing the power button on your Windows laptop or desktop computer turns on the screen and keyboard backlight. However, a faulty power button, overheating, or a loose battery connection can prevent your laptop from turning on.
If your laptop doesn’t turn on when charging or on battery power, the troubleshooting steps below should get it working again.

1. Disconnect External AccessoriesExternal devices and accessories (monitors, SD cards, USB drives, HDMI cables, etc.) can prevent your laptop from turning on. Unplug any accessory connected to your laptop and try turning it on again.
2. Check Indicator Lights for HintsPay attention to your laptop’s indicator light when you press the power button. The LED lights on some Dell and HP laptops blink in a programmed sequence to indicate possible battery or CPU failure.
A blinking LED light could also signal problems with your laptop’s Complementary Metal-Oxide Semiconductor (CMOS) battery. Without the CMOS battery, the Basic Input/Output System (BIOS) program can’t boot your laptop’s operating system.

Restarting your network connection every few minutes is also not an option. Here, we highlight some reasons why some websites do not load properly. We also provide information on how you can troubleshoot and fix each one.
This is one of the sneakiest issues on this list. If your system date and time are wrong or invalid, the websites may fail to load completely. This is more of a security design than a flaw.
A secure website is verified based on a secure certificate that expires after some time. The website owner needs to renew the certificate before the expiry date. This keeps their website from getting flagged by browsers. When visiting the website, the browser compares this certificate against your system date.
If your system date-time is outside the expiry period, the browser stops the page from loading. Thus, always make sure the system date and time are up to date on your PC.
